The dye nuclear fast red has been detected and determined semi-quantitatively by means of surface enhanced resonance Raman scattering (SERRS) and surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS), using laser exciting wavelengths of 514.5 and 632.8 nm, respectively, by employing a citrate-reduced silver colloid. A good linear correlation is observed for the dependence of the intensities of the SERRS bands at 989 cm−1 (R=0.9897) and 1278 cm−1 (R=0.9872) on dye concentration over the range 10−9 to 10−7 M, when using an exciting wavelength of 514.5 nm. At dye concentrations above 10−7 M, the concentration dependence of the SERRS signals is non-linear. This is almost certainly due to the coverage of the colloidal silver particles being in excess of a full monolayer of the dye. A linear correlation is also observed for the dependence of the intensities of the SERS bands at 989 cm−1 (R=0.9739) and 1278 cm−1 (R=0.9838) on the dye concentration over the range 10−8 to 10−6 M when using an exciting wavelength of 632.8 nm. Strong fluorescence prevented collection of resonance Raman scattering (RRS) spectra from powdered samples or aqueous solutions of the dye using an exciting wavelength of 514.5 nm, but weak bands were observed in the spectra obtained from both powdered and aqueous samples of the dye using an exciting wavelength of 632.8 nm. A study of the pH dependence of SERRS/SERS and UV–VIS absorption spectra revealed the presence of different ionisation states of the dye. The limits of detection for nuclear fast red by SERRS (514.5 nm), SERS (632.8 nm) and visible spectroscopy (535 nm) are 9, 89 and 1000 ng ml−1, respectively.  相似文献

An experimentally feasible scheme for teleportation of an unknown two-atom entangled state is proposed. Our scheme uses a duster state as the quantum channel, where we do not need any joint Bell-state measurement. Moreover the successful probability and fidelity of teleportation can both reach 1.0. The neutral gauge boson BH with the mass of hundreds GeV is the lightest particle predicted by the littlest Higgs (LH) model, and such particle should be the first signal of the LH model at the planed ILC if it exists indeed. In this paper, we study some processes of the BH production associated with the fermion pair at the ILC, i.e., γγ→ ff^- BH. The studies show that the most promising processes to detect BH amongγγ→ ff^- BH are γγ→ l'^+l'^-BH (l' = e,μ), and they can produce the sufficient signals in most parameter space preferred by the electroweak precision data at the ILC. On the other hand, the signal produced via the certain BH decay modes is typical and such signal can be easily identified from the SM background. Therefore, BH, the lightest gauge boson in the LH model, would be detectable at the photon collider realized at the ILC.  相似文献

The relationship between multi-particle quantum channel and the multi-particle joint measurement bases has been found. A new approach is presented by means of a new general ansätz and some relations among Jacobian elliptic functions, which enables one to construct more new exact solutions of nonlinear differential-difference equations. As an example, we apply this new method to Hybrid lattice, discretized mKdV lattice, and modified Volterra lattice. As a result, many exact solutions expressible in rational formal hyperbolic and elliptic functions are conveniently obtained with the help of Maple.  相似文献

根据钢筋混凝土目标的特点,提出了一种高速杆流与低速杆流相结合的新型串联聚能装药结构。利用有限元软件分别对前级装药、后级装药的成型过程进行了数值仿真。在此基础上开展了系列串联聚能装药毁伤钢筋混凝土目标的静破甲实验。结果表明:该串联装药可有效提高对钢筋混凝土目标的毁伤能力,能起到对钢筋混凝土的扩孔作用。实验和数值仿真计算结果都表明该串联装药在对付钢筋混凝土、机场跑道、多层间隔靶等反硬目标串联型战斗部中有较好的应用前景。  相似文献

This article analyzes the process in which pupils acquire new uses of multiplication to measure area. Behaviors of five 4th-grade pupils in a series of lessons on areas were studied in depth by qualitative case-study methodology. Their use of multiplication changed as the lesson evolved, characterized conceptually as “using multiplication as a label,” “using it positively to approach problems which have not been solved before,” and “using it effectively to achieve the goal of measuring areas.” These three phases show the pupils’ understanding of multiplication in the context of measuring areas from a secondary accompaniment to a powerful tool of thinking. The phases observed and the students’ progress between the phases differs noticeably among the pupils. Factors that foster learners’ progress are investigated by comparing their behaviors.  相似文献

将增强的绿色荧光蛋白(enhanced green fluorescent pprotein,EGFP)基因插在HCMV(humancytomegolovirus)启动子下游,构建了表达质粒pCA13-eG,用脂质体Lipofectin介导分别转染HeLa细胞、Vero细胞,仅通过细胞传代,就最能稳定高效表达EGFP的绿色细胞,比较发现,质粒pCS13-eG转染后,产生能高效表达EGFP的HeLa细胞其比率高于Vero细胞;EGFP高效表达对Vero细胞的毒性大于对HeLa细胞的毒性,本研究表明,绿色细胞轮廓清晰,由于其特有的性质,在用于细胞的形态观察、细胞分裂等研究时会有所作为。  相似文献

The muon science facility is one of the experimental arenas of the JKJ project, which was recently approved for construction in a period from 2001 to 2006, as well as neutron science, particle and nuclear physics, neutrino physics and nuclear transmutation science. The muon science experimental area is planned to be located in the integrated building of the facility for the materials and life science study. One muon target will be installed upstream of the neutron target in a period of phase 1. The beam line and facility are designed to allow the later installation of a 2nd muon target in a more upstream location. The detailed design for electricity, cooling water, primary proton beam line, one muon target and secondary beam lines (a superconducting solenoid decay muon channel, a dedicated surface muon channel, and an ultra slow muon channel) is underway. In the symposium, a latest status of the muon science facility at JKJ project will be reported. This revised version was published online in August 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献
